Qualifications

• 1+ year IT sourcing/researching experience or recruiting coursework.
• Experience with sourcing techniques and candidate outreach.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles across USA and EMEA.
• Perform candidate searches using Boolean and other advanced techniques.
• Create personalized outreach sequences via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and redirect best fits to recruiters.
• Post jobs on social media and manage applicant pipelines.
• Support recruiting processes to attract top talent.
