Reedsy is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition intern to join our European team for a 6-month, full-time placement. You will help review applications, scout passive candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

You should be enthusiastic about recruitment, detail-oriented, and able to communicate in fluent English. Prior screening experience is a bonus, and you’ll work from home with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resources practices.
• Analytical mind and eye for detail to find the perfect match for the team.
• Autonomous way of working and motivation to familiarise yourself with new topics.
• Strong writing skills and native-level English speaker.
• Availability to work full-time for 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Review applications for open roles and fast-track top ones.
• Seek out passive talent.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Identify alternative strategies to attract new talent.
• Work with our Talent team to create and develop a great candidate experience.
