Workster is seeking an energetic recruiter to source candidates for open roles worldwide with a focus on Europe. You will present top candidates to clients and match individuals to the most suitable roles using your own networks and sourcing channels.

This freelance, commission-based opportunity offers flexible hours, remote work, and the chance to collaborate with a multicultural team while delivering strong placements across markets.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruitment experience at minimum.
• Freelance hiring experience is a big plus.
• Ability to generate and leverage your own candidate network.
• Adept at finding profiles in specific markets.
• Multilingual skills strongly preferred (German or others).
• C1 English skills.

Responsabilités

• Sourcing candidates for open roles worldwide with focus on Europe.
• Presenting candidates for selection with the client.
• Identify best fits and articulate role matches to candidates.
• Utilize own sourcing channels and network as baseline.
• Participate in weekly coordination and best practice meetings.
