sunday is seeking its first Talent Sourcer Europe to shift from reactive to proactive hiring for Sales and Ops in France and the UK. You will build pipelines, craft personalized outreach, and shape our Europe sourcing program from scratch with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
• Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Comfortable with ATS/CRM tools (we use Teamtailor).
• Fluent in English and French.
• Autonomous and proactive with a data-driven mindset.

Responsabilités

• Proactive sourcing: identify and approach passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and every relevant channel; build and maintain qualified pipelines for priority roles (Sales & Ops, France & UK).
• Sharp outreach: write personalised messages that people actually want to reply to; test approaches, track response rates, and iterate to outperform benchmarks.
• Candidate qualification: lead initial conversations, assess fit, and hand off briefs to TA Managers for value-added transitions.
• Talent pools & partnerships: activate alternative channels (bootcamps, Slack/Discord, meetups, events) to generate steady candidate flow.
• Employer brand on the ground: be sunday's ambassador in communities; boost visibility and bring insights to brand strategy.
• Data & continuous improvement: track metrics, analyse, and propose optimizations.
