Grafana Labs is seeking a Solutions Engineer in France to be the bridge between customers and our product team. With 3+ years in technical pre-sales, you will articulate Grafana's value, deliver demos and evaluations, and help close opportunities in a remote-first environment.

You will partner with Sales, own the technical engagements, and contribute to enablement materials while thriving in a globally distributed team that values transparency and autonomy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to articulate Grafana value proposition and product advantages.
• You must be located in France.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana value proposition and strategy to customers.
• Own the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Communicate feedback on products and competitive landscape to internal teams.
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
• Contribute to documentation, blogs, videos and enablement materials.
