Job summary

RaySearch France is seeking a French-speaking Application Specialist with clinical radiation therapy experience to support, train, and promote RayStation to customers and partners. The role is full-time, based in France, with regular travel and collaboration with the development team.

You will deliver product trainings, support inquiries, and present RayStation capabilities at events, leveraging your clinical background to ensure high-quality customer care and successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in radiation therapy, experience using a treatment planning system (TPS), and/or experience from a similar role within the medical device industry is required
• Professionally qualified Clinical RTT, Dosimetrist or related oncology healthcare background is preferable, but a medical, scientific or technology degree (BSc or MSc) with the right clinical experience may be sufficient
• Proficient in spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
• Proficient in spoken and written French

Responsibilities

• Support existing customers with their questions related to RayStation and treatment planning workflows
• Plan, perform and document RayStation product trainings for customers and distributors
• Demonstrate RayStation capabilities at trade shows and other venues for prospective customers
• Reply to tenders and describe RayStation functionalities
• Collaborate with our development department through exploratory testing of new RayStation versions
• Provide RayStation-centered consulting services to customers and prospects
• You will be required to regularly travel.

About The Role

RaySearch is looking for a French speaking Application Specialist to reinforce our French subsidiary. In this role, you will specialize in supporting, training, and promoting RayStation, our treatment planning system. The position is full-time and permanent, based in France. As an Application Specialist, you have the opportunity to use your clinical knowledge in a whole new environment. You will join a diverse and dedicated group of specialists with different skillsets and a broad clinical experience. You will be part of RaySearch France and work with the support, training, and promotion of RayStation to customers and prospects.

The working language of our company is English, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across our international teams.

What You'll Do

Experience & Skills

• Clinical experience in radiation therapy, experience using a treatment planning system (TPS), and/or experience from a similar role within the medical device industry is required
