Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Senior Account Executive – Airline or Airline Catering based in France to drive enterprise sales across global airline markets. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract signature—building relationships with senior executives and translating customer needs into scalable, cutting-edge solutions.

This role is fully remote in Europe with regular travel to customers and industry events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling to airlines or aviation industry.
• Track record of closing multi-million contract deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.
• Develop account-based sales strategies targeting airlines and aviation organizations.
• Build relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
• Create strategic account plans and map stakeholder networks.
• Generate qualified opportunities through industry networking and partnerships.
• Lead negotiations and procurement processes for high-value deals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
• Mentor junior sales colleagues and share best practices.
