Job summary

Angst+Pfister France is seeking a Sales Application Engineer specializing in sealing technology to drive growth across France. You will manage complex projects, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with customers while coordinating with product and engineering teams to meet customer expectations.

This role requires a hunter mindset, travel across France, and fluency in English with French native language; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent with commercial experience.
• Extensive sealing experience with O-rings, molded parts, rotary shaft seals, focusing on the France market.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings for project discussions.
• Hunter mindset with willingness to travel within France.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across France.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with customers.
• Manage sales process from proposal to contract negotiation, ensuring profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations.
• Visit clients and prospects to expand the customer base.
• Ensure profitability and maintain gross margins.
