Job summary

Freudenberg in France is seeking a Sales Engineer (f/m/d) to develop its southern region from a home office, with 2–3 overnight stays weekly. You will work with OEMs, end-users and distributors, delivering technical and commercial solutions and expanding the portfolio with new accounts.

The role requires 5+ years in marketing mechanical or chemical products, dual technical/commercial qualifications, and English language proficiency; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing mechanical products and solutions (bearings, reducers, transmissions, pumps, geared motors, etc.) or chemical products (lubricants, adhesives, plastics, paints, gases, etc.) for a manufacturer or specialized distributor.
• Ideal dual technical and commercial qualifications.
• English is operational for communication with the Group; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork with 2–3 overnight stays per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop your region (departments 09/19/24/31/32/33/40/46/47/64/65/81/82) by building customer loyalty with machine manufacturers (OEMs) or users (End-users), engaging with distributor partners, and expanding the portfolio with new accounts.
• Provide advisory and innovative high added-value solutions while ensuring product and service quality.
• Collaborate with market managers and application engineers in France and at the Group level to advance the geographic region.
