Job summary

Klüber Lubrication France S.A.S. is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive regional growth from a home office, covering multiple departments in France. You will build loyalty with machine manufacturers and end-users, work with distributor partners, and expand the portfolio with new accounts.

The role requires a dual technical/commercial mindset, English proficiency, and availability for 2–3 overnight stays per week. A proactive hunter spirit and strong relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Ideally dual technical and commercial qualifications.
• English is operational for communication with the Group.
• German is a plus.
• Available for fieldwork involving 2 to 3 overnight stays per week.

Responsibilities

• Based in a home office, ideally in Gironde or neighboring departments, reporting to the Team Leader - Southern sales area.
• Develop your region by building customer loyalty with OEMs or users, engaging with distributor partners, and expanding with new accounts.
• Apply technical and commercial expertise to advise, offer innovative solutions with high added value, and ensure product/service quality.

Skills

5+ years sales/marketing in mechanical

English (operational)

German a plus

Fieldwork overnight 2–3 nights/week
