Job summary

Cycloid is hiring a Regional Sales Director, Northern Europe, to accelerate new business and expand revenue across the customer base. This frontline, strategic role handles prospecting, pipeline generation, negotiation, closing, and long-term account growth in a fast-paced Series A environment.

You’ll engage C-level stakeholders, craft compelling solution narratives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the product roadmap while driving sustained growth across Europe.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience selling complex B2B SaaS solutions across the UKI market.
• Proven track record closing enterprise deals and managing long sales cycles.
• Strong network with C-level executives and decision makers.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM and pipeline reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to close and account growth.
• Develop narratives and position the platform as mission-critical for customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partners, Marketing, Pre-sales, Product and Tech teams.
• Drive opportunity generation and maintain accurate CRM reporting.
