Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Paid Ads Specialist based in France to own end-to-end paid acquisition across Google and Meta. You will work remotely with senior leadership and shape acquisition strategy with substantial autonomy.

You will manage large Google Ads budgets (> $100k/month), build Meta campaigns from scratch, and leverage AI-driven tools for research, creatives, and reporting. Strong English is required for cross-country campaigns and collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on paid acquisition experience.
• Personally managing at least $50,000 per month in Google Ads spend.
• Strong knowledge of automated bidding strategies including target ROAS, target CPA, and Performance Max.
• Experience building a Meta advertising account from scratch.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1/C2 level.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads management across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube with large monthly spend.
• Build the Meta advertising account from scratch and establish testing frameworks.
• Analyze audiences, first-party data, and customer signals to refine targeting.
• Develop AI-powered creatives and collaborate with designers when needed.
• Set budgets, bids, and targets using unit economics and payback considerations.
• Design structured experiments with clear hypotheses and document results.
• Verify tracking across GA4, GTM, and CRM integrations and report results.
• Manage external freelancers/agencies and launch new paid channels.
• Report weekly on spend, new customers, CAC, and revenue by channel.
