Jobgether seeks a Product Compliance Counsel based in France to lead regulatory assessments for digital products, marketing campaigns, and AI integrations. You will review features, monitor EU/US laws, and guide cross-functional teams to build compliant, user-friendly experiences.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Product and Marketing, with a focus on sanctions, consumer protection, and governance frameworks in an international, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Law or equivalent.
• Experience with EU/US consumer protection regimes.
• Familiarity with marketing compliance and advertising standards.
• Knowledge of AI governance frameworks and related regulations.
• Understanding of Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review product specifications for compliance across websites and apps.
• Advise marketing on consumer protection and advertising standards.
• Monitor regulatory developments in EU and US and communicate impacts.
• Assist in sanctions policy development and implementation.
• Develop training materials and practical compliance playbooks.
• Assess AI-enabled products for regulatory alignment and governance controls.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and other stakeholders to embed compliance in product development.
