Responsibilities

Draft, review, and standardize commercial agreements (sponsorship, vendor, partnership).
Coordinate due diligence and compliance procedures.
Provide legal guidance to operations and executives across regions.
Maintain a digital repository of templates and contracts.
Coordinate with external counsel for specialized advice.
Support cross-border processes and ensure compliance.
Participate in handovers and regional coverage rotations.
Identify improvements to contract workflows and processes.
Collaborate with international colleagues to handle requests efficiently.
