Job summary

Roundtable, based in Paris, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its expanding legal team. You will work across corporate, tax and regulatory matters across Europe, including structuring investment vehicles and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product, sales and operations to maintain a high standard of legal excellence as the company scales. You should have a Master’s degree in law and at least 4 years of experience, with fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law required.
• 4+ years of professional experience.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Ability to work across multiple jurisdictions and collaborate with non-legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle corporate, tax and regulatory matters across Europe.
• Develop and implement legal processes with product, sales and operations teams.
• Provide day-to-day legal support on Compliance, Corporate and IP.
• Engage with top VC/PE firms and other stakeholders while maintaining high legal standards.
