Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Procurement Legal Counsel based in France to support global procurement operations for a fast-growing AI infrastructure business. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, manage contract lifecycles, and help scale procurement governance across Europe and the Americas.

You will work with templates, negotiation playbooks, and escalation where needed, joining a team focused on delivering compliant and efficient contracting processes in a dynamic tech

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer, paralegal, or contracts-related qualification with practical commercial contract experience.
• At least four years drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience with NDAs, MSAs, framework agreements, and supply contracts.
• Familiarity with standard-form construction contracts (NEC, JCT, FIDIC, AIA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, supply agreements, and related documents using approved templates.
• Support regional leaders in negotiating framework agreements and supplier terms.
• Manage contract lifecycle from drafting to execution and administration.
• Identify commercial/legal risks and escalate as needed with recommendations.
• Maintain contract records, templates, and playbooks; improve processes and governance.
