Qualifications

• 3 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
• Experience advising on compliance with EU Consumer Protection laws.
• Admitted to the bar and in good standing or authorized to practice law in the jurisdiction of the position.

Responsibilities

• Interpret laws and other compliance obligations for Compliance, Business, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Provide legal advice on compliance programs and policies to mitigate risk.
• Manage government and regulator discussions, negotiations, and disclosures on compliance readiness.
