Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in tech or high-growth environments.
• Proven success implementing people strategies at scale.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement HR and management practices including workforce planning.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders by providing mentorship and coaching.
• Own and evolve HR processes across the Product function.
