Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Manager for Payments Infrastructure, based in France, to shape the core systems enabling secure cross-border money movement. You will own the tech roadmap for payment rails, virtual accounts, and banking integrations, collaborating with Engineering, Treasury and Compliance to ensure accurate and timely settlement.

You will drive routing strategies, liquidity planning, and cross-border settlement, while balancing cost, scale and reliability in a fast-moving fintech

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Product Management experience, incl. 3+ years in payment infrastructure or core banking platforms.
• Strong technical fluency for architecture discussions on APIs, distributed systems and reliability.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, PM, or related field.
• Professional fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across markets and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the technical roadmap for core payment infrastructure and virtual accounts.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Treasury and Compliance to align infra with product needs.
• Evaluate integrations with banks, liquidity providers, and stablecoin networks.
• Define routing and currency conversion strategies across multiple networks.
• Monitor performance metrics like settlement times, uptime, and reconciliation accuracy.
