Job summary

Jobgether SRL, partnering with a travel-tech platform, seeks a Senior Product Manager, Payments & Finance based in France. You will own the Payments & Finance domain, define strategy, and drive outcomes for credit, risk and complex payment flows.

Collaborate with Engineering, Finance and Risk to deliver scalable, automated solutions. This role offers equity, remote flexibility within Europe, and the chance to influence a global platform.

Qualifications

• Several years of product leadership with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong fintech/payments, credit, or financial infrastructure experience.
• Translate complex financial processes into clear product requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering on technically demanding products.
• Fluent in English with global-team collaboration ability.

Responsibilities

• Own the Payments & Finance product domain end to end with vision and roadmap.
• Manage systems supporting credit lines, exposure, risk, and payments.
• Develop scalable solutions balancing risk, opportunities, and growth.
• Collaborate with Engineering to design, test, and deliver complex financial products.
• Partner with Finance and Risk to translate requirements into solutions.
• Define and monitor product performance, outcomes, and metrics.
• Make trade-offs between speed, scalability, and customer experience.
• Help mature the product organization and establish best practices.
