Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced mobile performance marketing specialist to manage and scale paid user acquisition for a portfolio of mobile apps. You will own campaigns across social platforms, search, and DSPs, while leveraging AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and results.

You will work with international clients, focusing on measurement, attribution, reporting, and optimization to drive growth and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mobile paid user acquisition experience across platforms.
• Strong ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actions.
• Experience with SKAdNetwork (SKAN) and MMP integrations is a plus.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to own accounts, manage timelines, and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Own mobile paid acquisition campaigns from setup to reporting and optimization.
• Plan and manage search campaigns via Google Ads and Apple Search Ads.
• Launch and optimize campaigns on mobile DSPs (AppLovin, Moloco, Mintegral, Kayzen, Unity).
• Coordinate MMP setups for accurate attribution and measurement.
• Create performance reports using Google Sheets, Data Studio, Tableau or similar.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to meet client KPIs and business goals.
• Prepare creative briefs and guide asset development with the creative team.
• Identify and recruit creators via UGC platforms to promote apps.
• Experiment with AI tools to improve creative production and workflows.
• Communicate campaign results, trends, and risks clearly to clients.
• Own account targets, monitor KPIs, and propose corrective actions.
• Advise clients on measurement topics including SKAN and attribution.
• Share knowledge and contribute to team learning and industry visibility.
