Job summary

toogeza is seeking a User Acquisition Manager for a client. The role involves creating, managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Meta, AppLovin and Pinterest, while focusing on ROAS and spend efficiency.

You will test hypotheses, collaborate with PMMs and creatives, and analyze performance with Amplitude/Tableau to drive data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate has 6+ months in user acquisition, strong English (B2+), and a structured, creative mindset to adapt quickly to changing

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in user acquisition / performance marketing.
• Experience managing budgets over $150–200k on paid social channels.
• Strong understanding of key marketing metrics and how they impact business performance.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience working with analytics tools such as Amplitude or Tableau.
• Structured and systematic approach to work.
• Creativity and ability to generate strong ideas and hypotheses.
• Ability to explain and support decisions with data.
• Ability to react quickly and adapt to changes.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and scale advertising campaigns (Meta, AppLovin and Pinterest).
• Optimize ad campaigns to achieve performance KPIs.
• Own key performance metrics such as ROAS, Spend, and others.
• Develop and test hypotheses to improve user acquisition performance.
• Work closely with PMMs and the creative team to improve product messaging and ad creatives.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and generate new ideas.
• Research and analyze competitors’ user acquisition strategies, including channels and ad creatives.
