- Ability to research competitors and adapt creative approaches.
Responsibilities
- Own the creative testing process from concept to results.
- Develop and test ad concepts across channels and formats.
- Research market trends, competitors, and audience needs; translate into briefs.
- Plan and analyze A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with design, analytics, and founders to optimize campaigns.
- Explore AI tools to enhance creative research and generation.
- Develop and evaluate video creatives for Meta, Snapchat, YouTube.
