Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to own user acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and AppLovin from France. You will manage large budgets, optimize CAC/ROAS, and drive profitable growth across international markets.

You will partner with creative and marketing teams to run data-driven campaigns, conduct experiments, and advance attribution and analytics to guide investment decisions. This is a senior, hands-on role with a strong growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in performance marketing or user acquisition, ideally mobile.
• Hands-on experience planning and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and AppLovin.
• Proven ability to manage large advertising budgets and hit CAC/ROAS targets.
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, cohort analysis and attribution models.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across major platforms.
• Allocate and monitor large advertising budgets based on CAC, ROAS, LTV and payback periods.
• Analyze campaign performance, funnels and cohorts to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Design experiments on audiences, bidding, landing pages, and creative formats to improve conversion rates.
