Job summary

Air Apps seeks a User Acquisition Manager (Performance Marketing) to lead multi-channel strategies from Lisbon. You will drive paid, affiliate, influencer, and organic growth while minimizing CPA and maximizing ROI.

You’ll work closely with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to align campaigns with launches and seasonal promotions. The role requires 4+ years in user acquisition, strong analytics, and expertise with major ad platforms and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Approximately 4+ years managing user acquisition or performance marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with ad platforms (Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adjust, Amplitude), and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel user acquisition strategies including paid search, paid social, display, influencer marketing, and referrals.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns for ROI, budgets, bids, and targeting.
• Track KPIs (CPI, CPA, LTV) using analytics and attribution tools and provide insights.
• Experiment with new channels, creatives, and messaging to drive growth.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to align acquisition with launches and promotions.
