Qualifications

• Experience in performance marketing and paid acquisition in gaming companies.
• Successful track record with ROAS strategies.
• Familiar with user acquisition platforms and MMPs.
• Well-versed with experimentation methodologies.
• Experience with influencer marketing and ASO.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage UA campaigns for multiple games/apps.
• Analyze campaign performance and improve ROAS.
• Coordinate with Product and Creative teams.
• Use internal growth tools to improve performance.
• Share best practices across teams.
• Lead projects and coach junior members.
