MyVA Support (MyVAS) is seeking a Remote Virtual Assistant based in LATAM to handle emails, calls, scheduling, and contact management. The role emphasizes strong customer service and English proficiency (C1) with a reliable internet connection and own device.

The position is 100% remote with productivity and reliability bonuses. Independent contractor arrangement requires you to manage taxes and benefits locally.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Google apps (Gmail, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides).
• Ability to work under pressure.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• English level C1.
• Own device and headset required.
• High-speed internet (≥100 Mbps).
