EUROPEAN DYNAMICS Group is seeking a Change & Release coordinator fluent in English to work remotely within the EU. You will join the Development team and closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site as needed.

You will coordinate changes/releases, track KPIs, and collaborate with DevSecOps and other technical teams to optimize deployments. A ITIL background and strong English are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline with 5+ years in IT ops or IT service management.
• Experience in ITIL-aligned frameworks and change/release-management processes.
• Proficiency with ITIL service management processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Event and Knowledge Management.
• Knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate operational changes and releases of live services with focus on planning, resource coordination, and version control.
• Report Release and Change Management KPIs and ensure targets are met.
• Coordinate with DevSecOps and other teams for deployments and release optimization.
• Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure smooth change and release implementation.
• Assist in support models and transition projects into business-as-usual.
• Coordinate with suppliers and third parties for timely changes and releases.
