EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking an Operations Support Engineer to work remotely across the EU. The role collaborates with the Development team and a major client's IT unit on site for integration activities.

You will maintain and support complex systems, contribute to incident resolution, change and release management, and ensure security and performance across environments while leveraging CI/CD pipelines and modern observability tools.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline; 5+ years in IT.
• Experience in IT operations or application/system support, including L2 support for large-scale systems.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and change-management processes.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, incident, problem, change, release, event and knowledge management.
• Experience with Linux/Unix, container orchestration and observability stacks.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and configuration management tools.
• Knowledge of API management, gateways, middleware and security concepts.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsabilités

• Ensure operational maintenance and continuity of systems after entry into operations.
• Provide second-level support by analyzing and resolving incidents and service requests.
• Perform maintenance to sustain operability and security baselines.
• Monitor system health with observability tools and coordinate deployments.
• Collaborate with DBAs, architects and operations teams for change control.
• Participate in change and release management activities and testing.
• Contribute to post-incident reviews, document knowledge and facilitate handover.
• Provide operational support for middleware, gateways, data transformation and IDM systems.
