Arηs Group, part of Accenture, is seeking an experienced Release Manager to coordinate operational changes and releases of live service elements, focusing on planning, resource alignment and risk minimization.

You will collaborate with DevSecOps and other technical teams to deploy, automate and optimize releases, ensure KPI targets are met, and support transition into business-as-usual operations while coordinating with suppliers and third parties.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in IT operations or IT service management.
Experience in ITIL-aligned frameworks and change/release processes.
Strong communication in a multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

Coordinate operational changes and releases with focus on planning and risk minimisation.
Ensure Release and Change Management KPIs are reported and targets met.
Coordinate with DevSecOps and other teams for deployments and automation improvements.
Collaborate with project and operational teams to ensure effective system change and release.
Assist in support models and transition to business-as-usual operations.
Coordinate with suppliers and third parties for timely change and contractual fulfilment.
Follow up on release and operational changes at all stages of the lifecycle.
