RemoteJobsOne is seeking a HubSpot Specialist for a fully remote contractor role open to candidates based in France. You will apply hands-on HubSpot experience to complete and document CRM workflows, contributing high-quality interaction data for AI systems.

You will navigate contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, tasks, and reporting; record your screen during tasks; and produce clear workflow steps, rubrics, and explanations of HubSpot tools to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HubSpot CRM experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in human data tasks such as data annotation, labeling, RLHF.
• Current access to HubSpot and ability to use it independently.
• Comfort recording and sharing screen during workflows.
• Experience in sales ops, CRM mgmt, lead/deal pipelines, or workflow automation.
• Familiarity with HubSpot reporting and CRM data management is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain workflows clearly.

Responsabilités

• Complete assigned workflows in HubSpot using CRM and sales ops experience.
• Navigate HubSpot features: contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, tasks, reporting.
• Create, update, and manage CRM records and standard workflows.
• Handle lead management, deal tracking, pipeline management, CRM automation.
• Record screen while completing workflows and demonstrate steps.
• Create prompts and rubrics based on completed workflows.
• Document workflow steps and explain HubSpot tools used.
• Review outputs for accuracy per project guidelines.
• Follow project instructions while working remotely and independently.
