Pennylane is seeking an HR Systems, Data & Automation Lead to shape the People technology stack with Workday at the core. You will lead two Workday HRIS Experts and an HR Data Analyst, driving simpler, smarter HR processes and scalable solutions.

You will partner with IT, Finance, and business teams to ensure data quality, governance, and GDPR compliance, while advancing automation and AI capabilities across HR workflows.

Formación

• Proven experience leading HR systems, people tech, or HR digital transformations.
• Product- and user-centric mindset with examples of simplifying HR processes.
• Experience delivering automation/AI-enabled HR solutions with governance.
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements and lead testing and delivery.
• Strong HR data, reporting, integrations, governance, GDPR principles.
• Proven experience managing a team or project, with collaborative leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in French and English.
• Fluent Workday knowledge is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Own the HRIS roadmap and data strategy across Workday and connected tools.
• Lead discovery, design, testing, and adoption of HR tech solutions.
• Drive AI and automation opportunities across HR processes and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Finance to ensure privacy, access controls, and governance.
• Mentor and manage two Workday HRIS Experts and one HR Data Analyst.
