Job summary

Trafilea, a tech-driven eCommerce group, is seeking a Growth Marketer, Acquisition (Native & Programmatic) to own paid acquisition across Taboola, Outbrain and NewsBreak. You will blend media buying, creative testing, AI workflows, and performance analysis to drive profitable growth.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years managing campaigns on native networks, strong skills in landing page optimization and a data-driven mindset, with leadership potential to mentor a Media Buyer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience operating and scaling campaigns across Taboola, Outbrain, and NewsBreak.
• Proven scaling experience beyond familiarity with platforms.
• Strong understanding of direct-response landing pages and funnels for Native traffic.
• Solid judgment around image-based creative and what drives performance in Native.
• Analytical ability to diagnose profitability issues across funnel metrics (add-to-cart, initiate checkout, CPC, ROAS).
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a Media Buyer.
• Meta Ads experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Native Ads across Taboola, Outbrain, and NewsBreak while maintaining profitable performance.
• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across all three platforms with ROAS/CPC focus.
• Drive the Native creative strategy and test image-based concepts with the Creative Strategy team.
• Optimize landing pages and funnels for Native traffic and connect media decisions to the customer journey.
• Run a high-velocity testing cadence across campaigns, creatives, and funnels; document learnings weekly.
• Turn performance data into action and identify scaling opportunities.
• Lead and develop a Media Buyer with clear responsibilities and coaching.
• Build the Native Ads playbook at Trafilea and raise channel standards.
