David Kennedy Recruitment is representing a fast-growing consumer AI company hiring a Junior Performance Marketer for the Growth team. The role focuses on hands-on paid acquisition across mainstream consumer channels, launching, testing and optimising campaigns.

Location is Remote (Europe/Asia) with a B2B contractor engagement. You will work with the CMO & Co-founder and aim to independently manage larger budgets over time.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in paid acquisition with proven campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Launch and manage paid acquisition campaigns across consumer platforms.
• Optimise campaigns based on CAC, ROAS, conversion and commercial performance.
