Jobtailor is looking for an ambitious Performance Manager apprentice to help scale client acquisition campaigns across the full funnel.

You will work with a team of experts to turn ad accounts into predictable revenue engines, building and optimizing SEA and SMA campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) with a strong ROI focus. You will monitor performance, report insights, and collaborate with creative and AI-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s level in business, marketing, engineering or equivalent; seeking an apprenticeship.
• Strong numerical and data-analysis abilities; able to read performance metrics and act on them.
• Autonomy and organization; proactive in taking ownership.
• Interest in growth, paid media and AI; ready to use them daily.
• Experience managing campaigns on Meta, Google or LinkedIn Ads is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Scale acquisition for ambitious brands and manage campaigns across the funnel.
• Collaborate with senior experts to turn ad accounts into scalable revenue engines.
• Build, launch and optimize SEA & SMA campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) with ROI focus.
• Contribute to full-funnel strategies: budget, audiences, scheduling, creative angles.
• Monitor performance (CPL, CPA, ROAS); create dashboards and ensure reliable tracking in HubSpot.
• Provide proactive, business-focused follow-up and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with Creative Studio on assets to fuel performance.
• Leverage proprietary AI agents from onboarding to reporting for flawless execution.
