David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a Senior Performance Marketer to join the Growth team. The role is fully remote (Europe/Asia) and focuses on hands-on paid acquisition with ownership of substantial budgets and strategic testing across consumer channels.

You will drive CAC/CPA/ROAS optimization, scale campaigns across markets, and shape acquisition funnels for subscriptions and DTC products in an adult-AI context.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven hands-on paid acquisition experience with direct campaign ownership.
• Personally controlled spend of $300K+ per month.
• Recent demonstrable commercial results linked to CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV or payback.
• Strong B2C acquisition background within consumer apps, subscriptions, DTC, gaming or dating/social.
• Proven ownership of creative testing decisions.
• Experience personally deciding what to test, scale and stop.
• Strong understanding of acquisition and subscription economics.
• Comfortable working for an adult-AI companionship company.

Responsabilités

• Launch, manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns.
• Control and allocate significant monthly acquisition budgets.
• Monitor and optimise CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV and payback performance.
• Own creative testing decisions and scale tests.
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies across B2C channels.
• Scale campaigns across markets and platforms.
• Conduct high-volume creative testing to identify scalable opportunities.
• Analyse subscription funnel and cohort economics to support commercial decisions.
• Optimise web and subscription funnels to improve acquisition performance.
• Allocate budgets across channels based on performance and priorities.
• Monitor account restrictions and resolve acquisition challenges.
• Use attribution tools to analyse campaign effectiveness.
