Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior HR Operations Lead to design and drive our scalable HR infrastructure for a globally distributed workforce. This role focuses on optimizing employee experiences, transforming workforce data into business insights, and enabling growth through scalable processes.

You will partner with HRBPs and senior leadership to manage vendor relationships, EORs, and HR systems across multiple countries while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Senior HR operations experience with end-to-end ownership
• Ability to translate talent strategy into operational execution
• Commercial acumen and alignment with business priorities
• Experience with people analytics and data-driven decisions
• Experience managing employer-of-record relationships across countries
• Strong collaboration with HR business partners and leadership

Responsibilities

• Design and lead scalable HR operating model across multiple countries
• Optimize employee experiences across onboarding, performance, development, and offboarding
• Translate workforce data into actionable insights for leadership
• Manage HR calendar and cross-functional initiatives
• Oversee HR technology, payroll, benefits, and EOR relationships
• Support international workforce operations and compliance
• Partner with leaders to align HR ops with business priorities
• Drive continuous improvement and scalable growth
• Enable organizational growth through scalable systems and processes
• Coordinate remote collaboration across distributed teams
