Job summary

Jobgether partners with a France-based client to hire an HR & People Operations Expert for a remote, independent contract role. You will design realistic HR tasks, evaluate candidates, and assemble supporting documentation spanning payroll, workforce planning, policies, and employee lifecycle processes.

The engagement runs for 12 months, is part-time (about 10 hours per week), with competitive hourly pay between $45 and $90. Strong English skills (B2+) are required; HR certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least five years of hands-on HR experience including payroll, workforce planning, policy implementation, or employee lifecycle operations.
• Ability to design, apply, or evaluate structured HR processes and checklists.
• Strong written and verbal English with at least B2 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-step realistic HR tasks covering payroll, workforce planning, policies and employee lifecycles.
• Create structured grading rubrics and objective evaluation criteria.
• Prepare supporting documentation and reference materials for assessments.
• Ensure task clarity, quality, and timely delivery.
