Job summary

Impact Plus in Paris is seeking an International Customer Success Manager to help brands, media agencies and adtechs measure and reduce the environmental footprint of their advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in media or adtech, strong knowledge of SaaS platforms, and a passion for sustainability. You will manage international client portfolios across time zones and collaborate with Sales, Product and Technical teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum in a media agency, adtech, or advertiser role.
• Strong interest in environmental issues and advertising knowledge.
• Excellent English; French or other languages a plus.
• Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of international clients across markets.
• Provide proactive support to ensure client satisfaction and success.
• Train users from onboarding to campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with sales, product, SMA and TAM teams to address client needs.
• Track CS metrics and report insights to stakeholders.
• Identify upsell opportunities and foster long-term engagement.
