The role involves developing customer partnerships and delivering tailored technical solutions. Candidates should have at least 2–3 years of sales experience in electronics, be fluent in German, and possess strong negotiation skills. Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of sales experience in the electronics sector is mandatory.
• Fluent in German and advanced in English, both written and spoken.
• Technical background preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term partnerships and provide customized technical solutions.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in Germany.
• Manage existing customer accounts and exceed sales targets.
• Understand customer needs and provide supply-chain solutions.
• Prepare quotations and lead commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
• Report sales results and pipeline to management.
