Cross Border Talents is hiring for a 100% remote Customer Support role based in Greece. You will assist French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high levels of satisfaction while working from your remote home office.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French at C2 level.
• English level: minimum B2 (intermediate) or higher.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities remotely.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Offer product or service information with professionalism and empathy.
• Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate teams when required.
