Qualifications

• Native-level French (C2) and confident English (B2)
• Excellent communication and empathy for customers
• Willingness to relocate to Greece or already living there
• Previous customer service experience is a bonus but not required

Responsabilités

• Support French-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy
• Troubleshoot technical and service issues and participate in training
• Collaborate with an international team and learn from mentors
