Cross Border Talents is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative fluent in French and English to support a global user community from Athens, Greece. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and enforce community guidelines with empathy and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication and empathy.
• Fluent French (C2) and English (B2) are required.

Responsabilités

• Provide empathetic, accurate, and timely support to users.
• Stay informed about products and community standards to offer effective solutions.
• Investigate and resolve user issues, including account support and abuse reports.
• Respond to inquiries with speed, quality, and empathy.
• Use market-specific knowledge to identify scalable improvements in user support.
• Analyze data to improve user experience and workflows.
• Enforce Terms of Use by monitoring abuse reports.
• Spot trends and escalate complex issues to the global team when necessary.
