Job summary

Arch Systems is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Partnerships to own the partner-facing strategy and execution. You will shape integrations, packaging, and co-selling narratives to ensure distributors and channel partners succeed with Arch products.

You will collaborate with engineering, partnerships, and marketing to define roadmaps, pricing, and partner enablement, balancing bespoke partner asks with scalable platform investments across a remote-first, international team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience delivering complex software products.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience with data platforms, APIs and analytics systems.
• Experience turning strategy into roadmaps and outcomes.
• Customer-focused product development and GTM experience.

Responsibilities

• Own partner-facing product strategy and roadmap.
• Define deep, high-quality integrations for partner success.
• Own pricing and packaging for partner offerings.
