Job summary

LEM is seeking a Product Manager to define and execute the strategy, multi-year roadmap, and commercial success of the Automation (including robotics) and Datacenter portfolio. You will drive growth, profitability, and key customer wins by combining technical understanding with business insight and cross-functional leadership to ensure market adoption.

In 12-18 months, expect a funded portfolio strategy with priority products on track to launch, stronger pricing, and a clear voice-of-customer

Qualifications

Translate market trends and customer needs into portfolio priorities.
Discuss system architectures and sensing technologies with engineers.
Lead cross-functional product launches with senior stakeholders.
Automation and Datacenter experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define product vision and lead the annual 5-year strategy cycle.
Build multi-year roadmaps based on market trends, customer needs, competitive positioning and ROI.
Identify growth opportunities in power electronics Automation, robotics and datacenter markets.
Translate customer pain points, regulations, and applications into strong value propositions and product requirements.
Lead the full product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life and launch.
