Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Support Engineer - Finance for a partner company, fully remote across Europe. You will provide specialized customer support for finance-related functionalities within a veterinary practice management platform, handling invoicing, payments, VAT, and accounting workflows.

You will collaborate with Sales, Implementations, and Product teams, resolve complex finance issues, contribute to process improvements, and help customers succeed with technology in a fast-growing SaaS

Qualifications

• Finance or accounting background required to understand financial processes and explain them to customers.
• Customer support experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally involving finance-related software or complex business applications.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills to investigate issues and guide users toward solutions.
• Familiarity with invoicing, payment workflows, VAT/tax settings, financial reporting, and accounting integrations is beneficial.
• Solid customer relationship management skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Fluent written and spoken English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support as the primary contact for customers using the platform.
• Resolve finance-related queries including invoicing, payments, VAT and tax configurations, and financial reporting.
• Handle complex cases and escalations, coordinating with stakeholders for timely resolutions.
• Build strong relationships and offer practical guidance on using the platform's financial features.
• Improve support processes and share best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Product teams to resolve challenges.
• Work toward OKRs while maintaining high customer satisfaction and productivity.
• Support broader business initiatives when possible beyond core support.
