Job summary

Jobgether SRL is hiring a Finance Systems Lead based in France to own the finance tech stack across NetSuite, Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob and Pigment. You will drive end-to-end system governance, data reliability, and automated workflows, enabling a scalable finance operation for an AI-driven international business.

You will lead system architecture, entity setup, and integrations while collaborating with Finance, Data and Automation teams.

Qualifications

Proven hands-on NetSuite OneWorld administration across multi-entity environments.
Experience building and maintaining integrations via iPaaS or custom code.
Strong SQL skills and ability to troubleshoot data flows and reconcilations.
Understanding of R2R, P2P, and O2C processes with strong controls.

Responsibilities

Own NetSuite governance, multi-subsidiary config, COA, segments, scripting and release management.
Lead integrations between Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob and NetSuite; ensure data reliability to analytics warehouse.
Design automated reconciliations and alerts; collaborate with Data to ensure clean data feeds.
Guide selection, implementation, and rollout of new finance systems and tools.
Partner with Automation and Data teams to create AI-powered finance workflows.
