Job summary

Fluke Corporation seeks an Applications & Key Account Manager to grow electrical calibration, RF measurement, calibration services, and precision test solutions across Europe. You will blend technical metrology expertise with key account development, supporting distributors and strategic customers.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of technical experience within metrology or related roles.
• Degree with strong electronics/metrology background.
• Experience with electrical calibration, RF calibration, or precision measurement systems.
• Proven success managing complex sales cycles including product introductions (NPI).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide application and technical support for electrical calibration, RF measurement, metrology, software solutions, and precision instrumentation.
• Lead and drive NPIs in the European market from technical and commercial perspectives.
• Support customers and distributors with solution selection, demonstrations, training, and migration of Fluke software solutions (cloud-based).
• Develop applications, demonstrations, and technical documentation; create best practices and reference materials.
• Identify opportunities and contribute to European market growth strategies with sales and distributor networks.
• Coordinate with product management, marketing, and customer support to align sales strategies with customer needs.
