Molex is seeking a Business Development Engineer for RF/Microwave in the EMEA region. This role leads technical engagement, coordinates cross-functional teams, and positions Molex as a trusted partner in complex, long-cycle programs.

A strong customer focus and ability to translate technical concepts into value are essential. The role supports the global Sales team, works with Product Management and Engineering to win opportunities, and travels within Europe as needed.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or product management in RF/Microwave industries.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer value propositions.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within Europe and globally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the Sales team and channel partners.
• Lead opportunity execution across cross-functional teams from qualification to customer launch.
• Position Molex as a design partner by providing quick-turn consultative design support.
• Compile detailed technical reports, documents, and presentations for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop Sales enablement resources and training collateral for high-probability opportunities.
• Represent Molex at trade shows, conferences, and technical events to build brand awareness.
