Job summary

Molex, a Koch company, is seeking a Business Development Engineer for the EMEA region within the RF/Microwave Solutions group. You will drive technical engagement, support design wins, and coordinate cross-functional teams to capture market share in RF interconnects.

The role requires a strong technical background, travel up to 30% within Europe, and fluency in English. Hybrid work arrangements and broad collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering are offered.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or product management in RF/Microwave.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within Europe; ability to operate in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Fluent in English; other European languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact within the Business Development team from qualification to customer launch.
• Lead opportunity execution by coordinating timelines across Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Operations.
• Position Molex as a design partner in RF/Microwave applications, providing quick-turn consultative support.
• Compile technical reports and presentations for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support sales enablement resources and represent Molex at trade shows and conferences.
